Tech lied about telephone. Said had replacement screen when it does not. Wanted to break screen in order to diagnosis problem. Beware!

They never answer the phone

Terrible service. We waited 10 minutes for someone to serve us and nothing. We get closer to standing in line at checkouts (another 10 minutes) so they can tell us 'An advisor should help you and see what phone number you want so we can give it to you.' That's why people prefer to buy online.

I will never come to this place again. I came to buy a Watch Ultra and change the strap of another of my Watches. While I was looking at the products, a man who was apparently a security guy or the manager or I don't know, didn't let go of me, as if suggesting that I could take some item; Observing better, the man with gestures told the employees who to serve, after me a couple arrived who in a hurry this same man almost grabbed an employee to serve them even though he was serving someone else, it was unnecessary To say that this couple did not buy anything, in my case no employee helped me until I started chasing someone, they gave me the information I needed but I already felt too uncomfortable especially because the supposed manager kept looking at me as if he was going to steal something from me .
